For your convenience, we will bill the subscription fee plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Your membership will automatically renew for successive subscriptions, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. Should you desire to cancel your membership, please do so before the next billing cycle in order to avoid billing of the next subscription fees to your Payment Method.

Cancelling the Service

You may cancel your www.holly2bolly.com subscription at any time. To cancel your account with www.holly2bolly.com, please log into your Account with your Userid & Password. Cancelling your account will stop additional DVDs being despatched to you. The cancellation will take effect and billing will stop once all your currently rented DVDs have been returned. " WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS OR UNWATCHED MOVIES. Upon cancellation, you will be given seven (7) days to return any outstanding rentals. Failure to return such rentals will result in your Payment Method being billed for such items at the MSRP of $25 per copy.

Mail Delivery

We are sending your rented movies via First Class Mail through the services of U.S. Postal Service. Based on performance data from the U.S. Postal Service, you will receive the movies in about two or three business days following shipment of the requested movie.

Renting DVDs

We reserve the right to allocate and ship DVDs to you in any manner that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, determine. In addition, we will, in our sole and absolute discretion, determine the quantity of DVDs we purchase for any particular title and the level of staffing and number of shipments to be processed at each distribution center. As a result, we may not always send you the first choice from your queue, and we may not ship out your next DVD on the same day that we receive one from you. We do not process returns or deliveries on Sundays or Holidays. We will send you an e-mail letting you know when we have received a returned movie, and we will also send you another e-mail letting you know when we have \ shipped your next DVD, including the anticipated time of delivery.
